Job Details
- Position Description: Outpatient and rehabilitation services at a main hospital campus
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Active Illinois Physical Therapist license, BLS certified, graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, with at least 2 years of experience in outpatient care. No minimum years of experience required above that.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active Illinois Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, two years’ outpatient experience, and a verifiable address at least 50 miles from the facility
