Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; valid state licensure; proven ability to evaluate and develop treatment plans for outpatient populations; ability to document medical records accurately and timely; participates in student education programs as assigned; maintains professional licensure in good standing and completes all state mandated continuing education requirements; adheres to legal and ethical standards of practice.
