Job Details
- Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician directions. Responsible for delegation of therapy services to discipline-specific team members, designing functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers. Ensures compliance with organizational standards and safety protocols. Demonstrates behaviors aligned with the organization’s Mission Statement and Core Values, including patient and employee safety, professionalism, and quality care.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; Location requirements; 0 years of experience (minimum).
- Schedule: Shift from days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals focused on discharge within established length of stay, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student programs, maintains licensure, and pursues ongoing professional development. Applies organizational performance improvement methodologies to enhance service quality.
