Job Details
- Position Description: Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and supervision of discipline-specific therapy services, designing functional treatment programs to support effective community reintegration. Acts as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and safety policies, emphasizing patient and staff safety.
- Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; valid and active license for the state where work will be performed; CPR certification; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Days, 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops tailored treatment goals, documents clinical notes clearly and promptly, and ensures care aligns with physician orders and insurance approvals. Participates in students' educational programs and pursues ongoing professional development. Maintains licensure and adheres to regulatory standards.
