- Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) responsible for evaluating assigned patients, creating, implementing, and modifying treatment strategies in accordance with patient needs and physician directives. Tasks include delegation of therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and educating patients, families, staff, and students. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and professional development.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable license for the state where work will be performed; minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
