Job Summary:
Physical Therapist (Outpatient) position located in an outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and promoting functional recovery to facilitate return to community activities. The start date is October 5, 2026, with a planned end date of January 4, 2027.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification

- Float: Float rotation may be required
