Job Details
- Schedule: Days / 8 hours shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR certification, active license for the state where work will be performed, and 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
- Additional duties include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment goals, documenting in medical records, participating in student programs, and adhering to professional and regulatory standards.
- Candidates must demonstrate skills in clinical reasoning, documentation, and professional development.
- The position requires maintaining licensure in good standing and participation in performance improvement initiatives.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
