Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) in a clinical setting, located in a specified area. Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 09/28/2026 and ending 12/28/2026
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active/applicable license for the state where work will be performed; 0 years minimum experience required
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; experience in outpatient physical therapy is recommended.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, utilizes clinical reasoning to develop treatment plans, and documents accurately and timely. Participates in student programs with appropriate supervision and provides a positive learning environment. Maintains professional licensure in good standing and adheres to regulatory standards.
