Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Greenville, Ohio. This role involves evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans to facilitate effective return to community activities. The position requires providing patient education, delegating therapy services, and ensuring compliance with professional standards and safety protocols.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 2+ years of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, active applicable license for Ohio, minimum 0 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous assignment with the organization is a nice to have.
- Additional Information: The role involves completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, and documenting medical records accurately and timely. Candidate will participate in student supervision and professional development activities. Adherence to state practice acts, regulatory guidelines, and organizational performance improvement initiatives is required. The employee will demonstrate skills in clinical reasoning, professional ethics, and safety awareness aligned with organizational safety policies.
