Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist (Outpatient) for a position in outpatient therapy services. The candidate will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes. Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: 6 months desired.
- Additional Information: The role includes completing comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting clinical notes accurately and timely, and adhering to all organizational policies and regulatory standards. The therapist will also participate in student training, pursue ongoing professional development, and ensure compliance with state practice acts and licensure requirements. All clinical activities are performed under signed, valid physician orders and insurance authorizations.
