Job Details
- Location: Ohio, with a start date of 11/02/2026 and expected end date of 02/01/2027
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Certifications and Education Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CPR Certification, and Pelvic Health Specialty certification
- Experience: 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; experience requirement: 0 years
- Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and modifying treatment plans, ensuring documentation accuracy, and participating in student programs.
- Must adhere to state practice acts, regulatory guidelines, and maintain professional licensure in good standing.
- Demonstrates organizational values and safety in all aspects of patient care and workplace conduct.
- Participates in professional development activities and supports organizational performance improvement initiatives.
- Completes all documentation and clinical requirements in accordance with legal and organizational policies.
