Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) — Location: Not Specified. - Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive evaluations, utilize clinical reasoning for treatment planning, ensure accurate and timely documentation, provide patient education, and participate in student training and professional development.
- Clinical Compliance: Care provided under signed, valid physician orders, within insurance approvals, and adhering to state and federal regulations.
- Professional Standards: Maintain licensure in good standing, adhere to ethical practices, and follow organizational performance improvement initiatives.
- Safety: Promote patient and employee safety following organizational standards, including safe handling, infection control, and hazard reporting.
