Job Details
- Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, develops, implements, and adjusts treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and supervision of therapy services and designing functional treatment programs. Serves as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues. Performs professional duties related to patient care and program development, adhering to organizational values and safety standards.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active applicable state license; available to work scheduled shift from days, 8 hours, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and maintains accurate documentation following regulatory and organizational guidelines. Participates in student programs and professional development activities. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure. Demonstrates commitment to quality improvement and safety initiatives.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours, 40+ hours per week.
