Job Summary:
Physical Therapist, Outpatient, Galveston, TX — This outpatient position involves evaluating and developing individualized physical therapy interventions for patients, with a focus on lymphedema management. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role offers a full-time schedule supporting Monday through Friday shifts.
Job Details:
- Location: Outpatient clinic at the Primary Care Pavilion in Galveston, Texas
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited program; current licensure in the State of Texas; minimum three years of outpatient experience; lymphedema therapy experience required; two years of relevant experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Outpatient therapy experience with a focus on lymphedema management.
- Additional Information:
- HCSS orientation: Monday, June 8th — virtual orientation via Microsoft Teams
- Epic training: Wednesday, June 10th — in-person at the Galveston campus
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
