Job Summary
Outpatient Physical Therapist specializing in orthopedic care is sought for a location within the area. The position involves providing therapeutic services to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Job Details
- Schedule: Days, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program; Maryland Physical Therapy license (or eligibility); American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferred Qualifications: Outpatient orthopedic experience; manual therapy experience
- Additional Information: The candidate will evaluate and treat orthopedic patients, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver one-on-one care, utilize manual therapy techniques, educate patients and families, document care using electronic medical records, collaborate with an experienced rehabilitation team, and participate in community outreach and wellness initiatives.
