Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CPR Certification, Active/Applicable state license, 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
- Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans.
- Ensures proper documentation in accordance with federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
- Provides patient, family, and staff education; participates in student program development and supervision.
- Maintains professional licensure and adheres to professional conduct and ethical standards.
- Applies organizational performance improvement initiatives, actively engaging in professional development.
- Performs other duties related to patient care and clinical operations as assigned.
