Job Details
- Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Responsible for delegation and direction of discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients. Ensures the design of functional treatment programs supporting community activity return.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; active applicable state license.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops appropriate treatment plans, and maintains thorough medical record documentation. Participates in student programs, adheres to State Practice Act and other regulatory requirements, and maintains professional licensure. Complies with performance improvement initiatives and organizational standards.
