- Position Description: Evaluates assigned patients, develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Responsible for directing therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, and staff. Ensures compliance with organizational policies and standards of care while upholding safety and confidentiality.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; active license in the state where work will be performed; CPR certification; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; minimum of 40 hours per week; schedule based on day shifts totaling 8 hours per day.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior completion of an assignment with the organization or with the staffing agency.
