- Certifications, Education, Degree, Location, and Experience Requirements: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, CPR Certification.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
