Job Summary:
This outpatient Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position is located in Effingham, Illinois. It involves supporting physical therapists by implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and providing patient and caregiver education. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of work.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Active Illinois/IL Physical Therapist Assistant License; BLS (AHA) certification; 2+ years of PTA experience; current skills checklist pertinent to the speciality; work history; two supervisory reference forms with employment dates; must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
