Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 10/05/2026 and ending on 01/04/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state where work will be performed; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; ability to perform job duties in accordance with population served criteria.
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of previous assignments with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with Select Medical is a plus.
- Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients, develops and implements treatment plans, and documents clinical notes in a clear, timely manner. Participates in student programs and professional development activities. Maintains professional licensure and adheres to state practice acts and regulatory guidelines. Emphasizes safety and compliance in daily operations.
