- Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for evaluation, treatment planning, and patient care delivery. Must develop functional treatment programs and serve as an educator for patients, families, coworkers, and students.
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience; CPR Certification; maintaining an active/application license for the state where work will be performed; experience requirement: 0 years.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours/day, minimum of 40 hours/week.
- Responsibilities include completing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing treatment goals, documenting medical records accurately, and ensuring care is provided under signed physician orders within insurance parameters.
- The role involves supporting student training, pursuing ongoing professional development, and adhering to all regulatory and organizational standards and safety policies.
- An active license and CPR certification are required for employment.
