Job Summary:
Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT OP) – Location: Not Specified. This role involves evaluating patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for delegating therapy services, designing functional treatment programs, and serving as an educator for patients, families, and healthcare team members.

- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, documentation, and participates in student programs. Maintains professional licensure, adheres to state practice acts, and follows organizational performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates safety awareness and promotes a positive learning and development environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the agency or organization, or with the organization, is highly desirable.
