Job Details
- Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist needed for an ASAP start, with the ability to float to the designated outpatient facility. The assignment is for a 6-month contract, working 40 hours per week with a schedule of days, 8-hour shifts.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, CPR Certification, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience, and valid state licensure.
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients, develops and modifies treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Completes timely, accurate documentation, and participates in student mentoring and professional development. Adheres to all safety and organizational policies, maintaining licensure and professional conduct.
