Job Details
- Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CPR Certification, 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience preferred, and the start date is 10/12/2026.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Position responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and modify treatment plans, document medical records clearly and accurately, ensure care is delivered under physician orders and insurance approvals, and participate in student training programs.
- Professional development: Create a personalized development plan, pursue ongoing education, and adhere to state and regulatory licensing requirements.
- Safety and compliance: Follow safety protocols, organizational performance improvement initiatives, and uphold professional standards.
