Job Summary
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) – Outpatient Location. This outpatient position involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing patient education aimed at returning patients to community activities. The role requires collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality therapy services and ensure patient safety within organizational standards.
Job Details
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; CPR Certification; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience preferred; License in good standing; experience requirement: 0 years.
- Schedule: Shift is Days, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Evaluates all assigned patients, develops and modifies treatment plans, and documents care in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards. Completes comprehensive evaluations, participates in student training programs, and pursues ongoing professional development. Ensures all care is provided under signed, valid physician orders and within insurance limits. Follows all safety and professional practice standards, including adherence to state practice acts and regulatory requirements.
