Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the state; minimum of 0 years of experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of a previous assignment with the agency or organization (highly desired); successful completion of a previous assignment with the organization (nice to have)
- Additional Information: Performs comprehensive evaluations, develops personalized treatment plans, and ensures documentation aligns with regulatory and organizational standards. Participates in student mentorship, pursues ongoing professional development, and adheres to state practice acts and organizational performance improvement processes. Maintains licensure in good standing and demonstrates commitment to safety and quality care.
