Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position available in the outpatient setting. Located in a healthcare facility, this role involves evaluating patients and developing, supervising, and implementing individualized physical therapy treatment programs as part of an interdisciplinary team. The caseload includes patients with acute, post-operative, and chronic orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license, outpatient experience (new graduates welcome), BLS/CPR certification, 1 year of experience preferred, located within Illinois
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
