Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in the outpatient setting. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring effective rehabilitation aimed at maximizing patient function. The position offers a flexible schedule with day shifts, working 8 hours per day, totaling 40 hours per week. The start date is scheduled for October 5, 2026, with an end date of January 4, 2027.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 6 months of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification
- Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations, develops treatment goals, and documents in medical records in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Assists in student supervision and actively pursues ongoing professional development. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates organizational performance improvement awareness and participates in quality initiatives. Follows all clinic policies regarding appearance, attendance, and punctuality.
