Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Bethel, Maine. This role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and ensuring effective return to community activities. The position requires collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare team members to deliver high-quality outpatient therapy services.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active and applicable license for the State of Maine; minimum 1 year of experience; no minimum experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient settings; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and clearly documents all clinical activities. Participates in student training, maintains professional licensure, and adheres to organization’s performance improvement initiatives. Demonstrates safety awareness and complies with all clinic policies and procedures.
