Job Details
- Location: The position is based at the organization's healthcare facility.
- Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid current state license, BLS (Basic Life Support) certification prior to first shift, and a minimum of 2 years of inpatient rehabilitation experience.
- Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, manage caseloads efficiently, document medical records accurately, and participate in patient and professional advocacy efforts.
