Job Details
- Position Description: Perform physical therapy evaluations and treatments, including outpatient, inpatient, and home care services; supervise physical therapy assistants; utilize equipment such as ultrasound, estim, and Tractium Ionto.
- Required Qualifications: BLS Certification; MN Physical Therapist License; MN Background Study; 1 year(s) of experience required.
- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday; minimum of 40 hours per week with some flexibility; some weekend and holiday rotation required.
- Additional Information: Training for EPIC electronic charting will be provided as needed; clinician must badge in and out at the facility; casual dress code or scrubs; the candidate must note if they have previously worked with Sanford Health, with an end date at least 6 months prior to submission. The department is a nice outpatient department with a wellness center and 15-bed hospital.
