Job Summary: Physical Therapist (Inpatient) — Rochester, New Hampshire. This position supports an Inpatient Rehab Unit by providing patient-focused therapy services while maintaining strong communication and service standards. The role requires adherence to unit expectations and documentation practices. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week; shift times are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and may include a weekend shift.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; a New Hampshire (NH) license required in the scope of practice; inpatient care experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with neuro patients.
- Responsibilities: Provide inpatient therapy services (PT, OT, and SLP service lines are noted for the unit); deliver strong customer service, communication, and rounding practices; support high team/patient engagement and outstanding patient outcomes; utilize the unit’s documentation system (Expanse).
- Additional Information: The unit operates in an inpatient rehab setting with state-of-the-art equipment and very experienced staff working well together with low turnover.
