- Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy, valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy, BLS certification, zero (0) to six (6) months of related experience, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients and families, proficiency in reading and interpreting professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations, competent in basic computer usage for data input and reporting, and effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
