Job Details
- Certifications: Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist (PT)
- Education Requirements: Degree as a Licensed Physical Therapist
- Location Requirements: Rural area within a 60-mile radius of multiple healthcare facilities, including home health visits
- Years of Experience: 0 years minimum
- Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, 8 hours shift, minimum 40 hours per week
- Responsibilities: Providing outpatient therapy with additional inpatient and home health care as needed, working at various facilities within the specified radius
- Submission Requirements: Application process as directed by the organization
- Float: Float rotation may be required
