Job Details
- Certifications: BLS Certification required prior to first shift; valid, current State license
- Education/Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience; previous inpatient rehab experience preferred
- Location: Fort Worth, TX
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week
- Responsibilities include completing patient evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, managing treatment sessions, documenting clinical care accurately and promptly, and participating in educational and professional development activities.
- Candidates must adhere to all hospital guidelines and state practice acts, maintain licensure in good standing, and actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Additional duties may include student supervision, community engagement, and promoting organizational safety and performance standards.
