Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Must hold a valid, current State license, BLS Certification, and minimum of two years of experience.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient neuro settings or clinical rotations in outpatient.
- Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, managing individual, group, and concurrent treatment sessions, and completing medical record documentation accurately and timely.
- Participates in student training, actively pursues professional development, and supports organizational performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensures care is provided in accordance with physician orders, insurance approvals, and regulatory standards.
