Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in inpatient care is sought for an acute care hospital located in Apple Valley, California. This position involves providing comprehensive physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients across various diagnoses, including post-surgical, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. Candidates are required to bring their California Physical Therapist (PT) license on the first day of work. The shift will be Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

- Additional Information: Candidates must include the required response regarding prior experience at a Providence facility, provide two references covering at least one year (or six months if a certified nursing assistant), and disclose license and background check information upfront. RTO (request for time off) must be included at submission.
- Special Requirements: Clinical experience with acute care skills such as AROM/AAROM/PROM, assistive devices, gait training, disability management, pain assessment, post-surgical rehabilitation, skin integrity, vital signs, and patient education. The role involves working with adult and geriatric patients, including those with COPD, CHF, CABG, MI, strokes, and orthopedic injuries, among others.
