Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Home Health is needed in Valley City, North Dakota. This role involves providing outpatient therapy services to home health and hospice patients within a 60-mile radius of the designated area. Candidates are required to bring their ND Physical Therapy License and BLS certification on the first day of employment. The position offers a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid ND Physical Therapy License; BLS certification; minimum of 1 year of related experience; physical therapy skills; previous home health experience; current driver's license and auto insurance.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous travel experience; experience treating patients with surgeries, falls, and other common diagnoses in home health settings.
- Additional Information: MILEAGE WILL NOT BE PAID, as this is an all-inclusive bill rate. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience and be available to cover a 50-mile radius around Valley City, ND. Candidates may not be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with the organization’s affiliates within the past 12 months. RTO requests must be made upfront; no additional RTO will be approved. The hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for shorter assignments.
