Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: BLS certification, minimum of 1 year of recent relevant experience, active driver’s license, and proficiency in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar settings; familiarity with acute care, spinal conditions, post-surgical care, and neurological disorders.
- Additional Information: Must be flexible with territory, deliver timely documentation and communication, and adhere to dress code (scrubs, no jeans). On-call rotation may be required, and availability for Monday orientation is essential. Submission of RTO requests at application is mandatory.
