Job Details
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Experience: Massachusetts Physical Therapist Professional license; at least 1 year of home care and travel experience; ability to travel to assigned cases.
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Responsibilities include delivering physical therapy services in a home setting, documenting care accurately and promptly via electronic health records, and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team.
