Job Details:
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support); valid California state license required
- Education requirements: At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Physical Therapist, with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Additional qualifications include proficiency in evaluation, gait training, patient education, and use of assistive devices, among others
- Responsibilities encompass delivering therapy interventions tailored to adult and geriatric patient populations and managing a patient load of approximately 5 visits per day
- Submission requirements include uploading valid licensure and certifications with expiration dates, along with two references obtained within the past year

- Float: Float rotation may be required
