Job Summary:
A Speech Therapist position is available in Santa Maria, California, within a home healthcare setting. - Required Qualifications: BLS Certification; minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech Therapist (SP), PT, or OT in a home setting; valid license to practice in the state of California; experience with Oasis (government-mandated form).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oasis and home healthcare setting.

- Responsibilities include working with patients with diagnoses such as orthopedic conditions, strokes, joint issues, and spinal injuries in both outpatient and inpatient environments as assigned, within a designated geographical region.
- Shift: 8-hour days, flexible shift times.
- Duration: 13-week assignment with the possibility of cancellation up to 4 shifts during this period.
- Charting System: Cerner
- Trainee Orientation: 1.5 to 2 weeks of floor-specific orientation.
- Scrub Color/Uniform: Business attire with white lab coat, no jeans.
- Additional notes: Minor holidays are covered; major holidays only if needed.
