- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in antimicrobial stewardship, pharmacokinetic dosing management/monitoring, anticoagulation dosing management/monitoring, and effective communication skills for gathering medication histories and discharge counseling.
- Additional Information: The pharmacist will be responsible for maintaining medication stock, overseeing inventory processes, complying with all pharmacy laws and regulations, participating in medication use review and quality assurance activities, and providing clinical consultation related to drug therapy. They will also support patient discharge education and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure safe medication practices.
