Job Details:
- Location: Medford, Wisconsin
- Certification: WI Pharmacist License
- Education: Doctorate of Pharmacy
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of inpatient hospital experience required
- Schedule: 10-hour days (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM weekdays, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM weekends) for 40 hours per week, with every other weekend shift
- Required Qualifications: WI Pharmacist License, Doctorate of Pharmacy, minimum 1 year inpatient hospital experience, ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a central inpatient pharmacy, Epic electronic medical record experience highly preferred
- Additional Information: Contract length is 13 weeks; the role includes 36 hours of unbillable low census hours; travelers may be on call for low census hours, which count toward the unbillable hours; call back minimum is 2 hours. During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear a mask at all times, with no exception.
