Job Summary:
A Pharmacist specializing in Inpatient roles is sought for a healthcare facility located in Marshfield, Wisconsin. This position involves working within a pediatric hospital embedded in the facility, with responsibilities including order verification, product check and release, remote sterile compounding verification, and clinical tasks such as IV-PO administration, renal dose review, aminoglycoside, and anticoagulation dosing. The facility uses Omnicell Automated Dispensing Machines, Cerner Electronic Medical Record system, and Pharmacy Keeper for compounding and remote verification. Business casual attire is required unless entering a sterile environment where facility scrubs are provided. Orientation lasts 1-2 weeks depending on specialization.
