Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Pharmacist Inpatient for a temporary assignment at a healthcare facility in Fort Worth. This role involves providing pharmacy services during night shifts, with responsibilities including medication order verification, sterile compounding, and processing medication requests. The position requires strong communication skills and adherence to unit policies.
Job Details:
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid Texas pharmacist license, sterile compounding certification (ACPE-accredited), and a minimum of 0 years of experience.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Must have IV (intravenous) certification for Texas. The pharmacy team includes pharmacists and technicians working in a multi-staff environment. Responsibilities include order verification, sterile compounding, and processing medication requests. Most pharmacists work every other weekend, with a 7 on / 7 off schedule starting on Wednesday nights from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
