A Pharmacist specializing in inpatient pharmacy located in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. Candidates are required to bring their valid pharmacist license in both Kentucky and Ohio on the first day. EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification if required by state are also required.
- Additional Information: Knowledge in antimicrobial stewardship, interpretation of culture results, and pharmacokinetic and anticoagulation dosing management is essential. Experience in discharge medication reconciliation, patient counseling, and collaboration in clinical decision-making is involved.
