Job Summary:
A Pharmacist position located in Englewood, Colorado, within an inpatient pharmacy unit. This role involves working overnight shifts from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. - Required Qualifications: Colorado pharmacist license; minimum 6 months acute care hospital pharmacist experience; experience with Meditech and Vigilanz electronic medical records; certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Preferred Qualifications: Residency and PGY1 inpatient pharmacy experience are considered a plus.
- Additional Information: The role involves performing order verification, medication final verification, clinical dosing per established guidelines, and documenting clinical tasks in Vigilanz software. The unit utilizes Pyxis machines and CII safes. The pharmacy team is composed of skilled pharmacists and technicians committed to providing excellent patient care.
