Pharmacist Inpatient — Located in a rural setting, this position involves supporting critical care units and emergency departments at a facility with an ICU, LD, M/S, and ED. Job Details
- Position: Pharmacist Inpatient
- Shift Time: Days, 8-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM, with rotating weekends (every 3rd weekend, Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM)
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with weekend rotation
- Required Qualifications: Current active New Hampshire Pharmacist License; minimum 2 years recent hospital experience, including hospital-based experience with Meditech; 2-5 years total experience preferred, with consideration for 1 year if all hospital-based with Meditech experience; current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; permanent address must be included in submission file; must be willing and able to work independently during weekends and support ICU, LD, M/S, and ED units.
- Additional Information: Previous hospital experience, especially in Critical Access Hospitals, strongly preferred. Familiarity with Omnicell and Meditech is highly desirable. Must have own transportation; candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be considered. Submission must include work history, pharmacy skills checklist, signed supervisor reference from recent employment, current licenses/credentials, and proof of residency.
